As you relax lying down or sitting in a chair we will be channelling energy to clear blockages and restore balance. There is also an option to use the 7 Chakra Crystals to help support the session and optional meditation music to help guide you into stillness.

Deeply personalized, one-to-one coaching. For those with no experience with cold water.

This is a high-support, customized journey tailored entirely to your personal wellbeing goals. Option to move onto The Outdoor Wellbeing Circle

  • Format: One-to-one coaching sessions.

  • Best for: Anyone looking for deep, individualized breakthroughs and private accountability.

  • Availability: Strictly limited to 8 spaces for the pilot scheme.

  • Non pilot scheme: 
  • 90 minute 1st session £50
  • 60 minute further sessions £35

 

 

 

Outdoor Wellbeing Circle

 

An intimate, nature-based group experience. For those with experience in cold water.

Connect with nature, yourself, and a small community of like-minded individuals. We will take the coaching outside to ground our practices in the fresh air.

  • Format: An intimate group of just 4–6 people.

  • Duration: A 4-session immersion program.

  • Best for: Those who thrive in community, love the outdoors, and want to grow alongside others.

  • Availability: Only 1 group forming for this pilot round.
