Most coaching focuses only on your thoughts, trying to think your way out of stress. But even when you know you are safe, your body might still feel tight, hunched, or in knots. Your body holds onto stress just as much as your mind does.
In somatic coaching, we bring your body into the healing process. Instead of just talking about what makes you feel stuck, we gently look at how that stress feels physically. Together, we learn to listen to your body's signals, let go of trapped tension, and help your whole system finally feel safe enough to relax.
Reiki Healing
Deep rest to recharge your system.
If coaching is about active discovery, Reiki is about letting your body completely rest. Think of it like a battery charger for your well-being when your internal energy feels low, blocked, or completely drained by life's storms.

In-Person: You simply lie down, fully clothed, and relax while I gently place my hands on or just above you to help clear out heavy, blocked feelings. You don’t have to talk or figure anything out.

Distance Healing: Can’t make it to me? This can also be done entirely from a distance. Because energy isn't limited by geography, you can receive the exact same calming, restorative benefits from the comfort of your own bed or couch, no matter where you are.
Trauma Informed Cold Water Therapy
Gently building resilience and safety.
Cold water therapy usually involves stepping into an ice bath, cold plunge, or open water. When a practice is "trauma-informed," it means we never force your body into panic or shock. We use the cold water as a supportive tool to help you rebuild your relationship with safety.
We take things very slowly. With guidance and slow breathing, you teach your system how to stay calm and grounded even when an experience feels intense. This acts like a gentle "reset button" for your nervous system, helping you realize that you have the internal strength to navigate the discomfort. You are always in control.
Breathwork Coach
Your built-in anchor for immediate relief.
When we are stuck in survival mode, our breathing naturally becomes shallow and fast, telling our brain that we are constantly in danger.
As your Breathwork Coach, I guide you through specific, intentional breathing patterns to shift the depth, rhythm, and pace of your breath. This acts like a natural brake pedal for stress, instantly lowering your heart rate and releasing stored emotions without needing to talk through it all. It helps you shift from simply gasping for air in daily life to feeling energised, focused, and truly alive.
